Particularly, Naw Zar Zar Paw who accompanied me to collect medicine and appointment letter. She is very clear about what info would be necessary and ensured we did not leave out any crucial steps. The other nurse (I didn’t get a chance to find out her name) patiently waited in the holding room with my mum.
I would like to compliment staff nurses Han and Grace too. They have been very helpful and patient whenever we asked them about my mum’s condition.
The other staff members are also caring.
My family truly appreciate the work done and the care given by the staff for my mum, including Patricia who has been very encouraging.
